MJ Haus was created from a lifelong love of animals and a deep appreciation for thoughtful design. Rooted in a background of professional animal care and fine embroidery, MJ Haus blends function, comfort, and understated luxury — made for pets who are family.
Where it Started
Before MJ Haus, I built Beaver Imprints, a printing and embroidery business dedicated to creating high-quality apparel for other brands and businesses. Through that work, I developed a passion for craftsmanship, detail, and storytelling through embroidery — and eventually felt called to create something of my own, centered around the animals who mean the most to us.
Beyond the Brand
As a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) I've devoted my life and career to caring for animals and helping them thrive. MJ Haus is the natural intersection of my professional background, creative skills, and love for pets — a brand designed to celebrate the animals who are truly part of our family and lifestyle.
Why MJ Haus?
“MJ” represents the names and stories that inspired the brand — Maci, Mac, and our beloved Mya and our last name — honoring both love and legacy. “Haus,” meaning house in German, represents home — a nod to my German dogs and the idea that craftsmanship, care, and the love we have for our pets live under one roof.
