- Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same day.
- We currently ship within the US. We will be shipping Internationally soon!
- We want you and your pup to be happy with your purchase! If your item isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery date, provided the item meets our return requirements.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Free from pet hair, dirt, odors, and signs of wear
Returned with original packaging and tags, when applicable
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been noticeably worn or used by a pet may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Please contact us before sending a return. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions.
Use our returns portal to submit your request. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label by email within 24 hours.
Yes. Start an exchange through the returns portal and select the item you’d like instead. Customer is responsible for fees associate with exchanges.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been issued.
