At MJ Haus, our accessories are thoughtfully designed with style, comfort, and everyday wear in mind. While our products are made with quality materials and careful attention to detail, pet accessories are not indestructible and should always be used with proper supervision.

Before each use, please inspect your MJ Haus accessory for any signs of wear, fraying, loose stitching, damaged hardware, or other deterioration. If you notice any damage, discontinue use immediately and replace the product. Always ensure that collars, harnesses, and other accessories are properly fitted and securely fastened before use. We will not refund or replace an item that has been damaged by the dog/cat.

Our textured and tweed harness sets are designed primarily for fashionable, everyday use and supervised activities. Due to the nature of the textured and tweed materials and their construction, these sets are not considered heavy-duty products and are not designed for excessive pulling, strong or persistent leash pressure, or dogs who frequently pull with significant force.

If your pet is a strong or persistent puller, we recommend using a product specifically designed for heavy-duty handling and high-tension use. MJ Haus textured and tweed sets should not be used for situations where excessive force or pulling is expected.

Please remember that every pet is different. A properly fitted accessory does not guarantee that a pet cannot escape, damage, or pull against the product. Pets should never be left unattended while wearing or using MJ Haus accessories.

By purchasing and using MJ Haus products, you acknowledge that you are responsible for selecting the appropriate product for your pet, ensuring proper fit, inspecting the product regularly, and supervising your pet during use.

MJ Haus is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper use, excessive pulling, inadequate supervision, improper fit, failure to inspect the product, or use of a product after it has become damaged or worn.
