To keep your pup’s harness and accessories looking their best:

• Do not use bleach or harsh detergents.
• Gently scrub any dirty areas with a soft cloth or brush.
• Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap.
• Air dry completely before use. Do not tumble dry or use high heat.
• Do not iron or dry clean.

If you notice fraying, loose stitching, damaged buckles or hardware, stretched straps, or any other signs of damage, please stop using the product.

The lifespan of each product can vary depending on your dog, how often it is used, and the activities it is used for. Your dog’s safety comes first, so please inspect all accessories regularly and always use them as intended.

Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to guarantee changes to an order once it has been processed or shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us before sending a return. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions.

Please include your order number with your return so we can identify and process it promptly. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item.

We want you and your pup to be happy with your purchase. If your item isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery date, provided the item meets our return requirements.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Free from pet hair, dirt, odors, and signs of wear
• Returned with original packaging and tags, when applicable

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been excessively worn or used by a pet may not be eligible for return or exchange.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item so we can help make it right.
